Visiting the website

When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and operating system in log files. This data serves the secure operation of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free operation).

This website does not use analytics or advertising services and does not embed third-party content. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

Cookies

The website uses one technically necessary session cookie that serves exclusively to protect the contact form (protection against abusive form submissions). It contains no personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed. No tracking cookies are set.

Contact form

If you send us a request via the contact form, the details you enter (first name, last name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and company, and your remarks) are stored in our database and transmitted to us by e-mail in order to process the request. In addition, we store the date and time, the chosen language and a shortened form of your IP address that can no longer be related to you, in order to detect abuse of the form.

The legal basis is your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and, where the request aims at concluding a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as the request has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply. The data is not passed on to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
